A 53-year-old Toronto man is going through expenses after he alleged assaulted, choked and pepper sprayed a girl.
Toronto police mentioned the person was arrested and charged on Saturday.
Officers responded to an assault name on Could 15 at an house constructing close to Carlaw Avenue and Queen Road East.
Police alleged that the person pepper sprayed a girl within the face in her house in a single occasion, then returned the subsequent day, entered the house and “started to choke her,” police mentioned.
Earlier than police arrived on the scene in Could, the person had fled the house. An investigation and search led to his arrest on June 26.
The person is charged with assault with a weapon, unlawfully coming into a dwelling, two counts of assault, two counts of assault by choking, and 4 counts of failing to adjust to probation orders.
Police mentioned the person can also be alleged to have assaulted the girl a number of instances.
